Mikrovps is dmca free but they aren't unmetered (their XEN plans come with a good amount of bandwidth though...think I have 3TB/month for $5 on their 1gb XEN vps...there is a 50% off promocode in the LET offer section)

@cociu ,Network is a bit bad sometimes in the way its slow but cociu is really fast and friendly when it comes to support. Also didn't had any problems with my VPS so far.

They aren't DMCA free, just more than willing to turn a blind eye to anything that doesn't catch attention - in that sense, many hosts are 'DMCA free'
