For Canada, i can think of OVH. Please take a look at their offerings here: http://www.soyoustart.com/us/essential-servers/. Especially the W3520 or E3-1225 with 2x2TB HDD at $49/month.
I'm not a client of OVH. So, i'm not in a position to recommend them. Do your homework(search for reviews) before signing up with any host. Good Luck.
