Summerhost, Winterhost... money is money. Money can be exchanged for goods and services.
I beat the 90$ from Francisco, on any RIR - RIPE even unused, i literally have more now than i can sell... you prepay though, 3 months and ideally via BTC/bank or a very verified PayPal account from an EU/American country.
Is spam money?
Yes, Spam makes money, however the real spammers don't pay 50$ per /24 (Hint: corruption at state ISPs goes a far away in Eastern Europe, as does hijacking) and the ones you mean are neither my customer base, nor the target market considering they don't prepay and don't have access to valid/verified/non Asian PayPal accounts.
Zero spam issues in months now either, just here and there some SSH bruting and similar - Report rates per /24 are across entire infra now around 0.3 ea/mo.
