Looking for VPS in Asia/EU locations

OpenVZ, VPS provider/plan like HostHatch which I only knew at the moment.

Preferably in SG,HK,AU,NL,UK,JP(if not expensive). For few users on a VPN, so, 2TB bandwidth and 512MB RAM is enough.

    Hello!

It is possible to provide virtual machines in South Korea, but will be above $7, and bandwidth is less than 600GB. Is that still interesting? We use KVM. Speed is 1Gbit/s.

    Thanks.

Feel free to take a look at our plans in Westland, EU and Singapore as long as the VPN is for private use:

Is this upload only, or is it down+up? If its upload only, you basically have double the bandwidth available for VPN, given that it's always 2-way.

    @teamacc

We can do 1.2TB, it is fine. Unfortunately, SolusVM does not allow to individually allocate bandwidth amounts for incoming or outgoing.

You can only set bandwidth unmetered for both directions, or a single direction.

    Thanks.

@gigavest - can I ask how you could offer that much bandwidth? Is it dedicated, so a customer can use the full amount without any issue? Based on the calculation 200GB real usage = 1Mbps.

    So 10TB = 50Mbps 95%.

Your provider is readyserver. Just wondering ;)

    Dear deployvm,

In actual we dont really limit the bandwidth of our clients. We actively monitor the usage of our nodes and will suspend accounts that violates our T&C of no torrenting and file sharing. Cheers.

Most of our customers use our vps for shadowsocks or vpn. If they need to use up to 10TB a month we will comply as promised on our plans.

    Thanks

Check out https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/80809 for some interesting UK offers. I can upgrade the bandwidth to 2TB on the small and medium plans for free.

SWIP/custom whois details on the IP can also be set for free!

  • Has HostUs ever done a $12/yr in SNG?

I feel stupid for not picking one up for VPN if that were true.

$25/y is the cheapest they have when it comes to Asia, at least as concerns public offers.

    Fixing the MTR now.

Yep, we already have our own /24 :)

Didn't say it wasn't, seems like ReadyServer leases space from NewMedia, though.

As far as I know a few providers use NewMedia network, Dediserve, Quadhost (i-83), Gigavest, etc. Mmmm.

Still waiting for a NAT VPS on another network other than NewMedia - it's used by quite a few providers here already.

That's nice to hear, good luck! SG market getting more and more competitive by the day, hope prices will drop further, sooner or later.

The network of Gigavest and Dediserve SG are basically the same but a little difference that is the Gigavest has the China direct via pccwbtn while Dediserve doesn't have direct route to China Telecom(The route is via NTT JP or Level3 US west)

"Connection to China Telecom or China Unicom is on best effort basis, the route can be change anytime subject to traffic conditions." --> Newmedia/Readyserver manager

    Yes, by chance ;)
If a significant amount of traffic is being pushed over that particular peer, the route may change.

    Dear deployvm,

We paid extra to secure the direct route to China via PCCW :)
