Have you tried to
I am hosting provide , Cpanel /whm
Not sure as I never hosted anything dns-y, but a quick google search turned this up:
https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-configure-bind-as-an-authoritative-only-dns-server-on-ubuntu-14-04
I didn't see the what the SLD under the .ie TLD was above, so I can't really do anything in the way of real troubleshooting for you.
But here's what you can try:
$ whois sld.ie |grep -i serv
That should show you the AUTH nameservers for that domain. If they (you must have at least two) don't point to the IP addresses of your existing nameservers, then you can go to https://dns.he.net/ and use Hurricane for your DNS.
If you don't undersant anything I've said so far then you should start reading here instead:
http://www.zytrax.com/books/dns/
When you have finished you'll understand completely why you're having this issue and how to specify your AUTH nameservers.
it just means you need to setup the zone on your nameservers before the change will be processed.
