Hi there guys:

Currently I am working ona project in order to provide free basic shared hosting (I wanna start with this), but now I need a billing script, it can be free or no, if is not free it must be around 5 dollars monthly.

    I want to use it as user database, support ticket and , I would code it but my php skills are not good.

    Ah. Since you're not using it for a business where you solicit money from people, any of the free ones should be good.

    For bornin.asia I use thehostingtool, I think it is OK for what I need, obviously not as feature rich as WHMCS though, but it is FREE, LOL :)

    I know WHMCS was slightly out of budget but it's a great, feature-rich, and stable piece of software.
    The OP should check out BoxBilling. It's FREE!

    http://www.startssl.com offers basic ssl cert for free.
