I need a VPS for hosting a socket server used for group chat. Do you usually have any problem with this kind of usage?
We accept any kind of usage that doesn't violate German and Dutch law. As long as the chat isn't used for illegal purposes, I do not see any problems with your use case.
Is it possible to migrate my VPS?
Do you mean a migration from DE to NL? That's not possible. But if you order a new one in NL, we are willing to credit the fees paid for the VPS in Germany.

How do you deal with DDoS? I know you don't have protection, but is the customer asked to leave or you just nullrouted for some hours?
