Problem with net2ftp..

Hello guys i got this problem about net2ftp. i been installing it around 3 server after installing the vestacp. but the problem keep same i following this tutorial

i installing it on my main server. if anyone know about this please guide me here if i do worng.

all the setting.inc.php i do it right. puting the admin password, dbname, dbpassword, localhost, i dont know whats the problem here anyone??
