this thread was created because I know other providers here use DataShack so I wanted customers to know that the issue was out of the hands of their provider, and not waste their time with endless "my vps is down why???" tickets. same goes to the provider/DataShack relationship... no need for 50 other people to ask DS the same thing I asked.
I won't ask for 20 mins of downtime u_u
