anyway to browse ipv4 websites over ipv6

I have a server only with an ipv6 address and i want to browse ipv4 websites from it. But i don't have an ipv4 address assigned. so i wanted to know is their any way to browse ipv4 websites with an ipv6 address. my platform is windows server 2012 R2.
