KVM preferred (NOT MUST(
150+ GB plus HDD (preferably SSD)
4GB+ RAM
5 IPs
cPanel
Fully Managed
Location: preferably EU

budget $25 - $30

    Basic Management OS related, secure the vps, csf mail etc NOT script related

    I only know Arminds do cheap managed VPS.
