I don't think you will find any cheap providers here in Stuttgart. There are not many DCs around here and they are very expensive and traffic is very expensive...
Your best bet would be Frankfurt, the routing is way better anyways.

@bersy seems the cheapest plan i can get is 9 / quaterly. Price is OK but i want to pay monthly.
