Looking for a cheap US VPS (only to access Spotify)

Greetings,

I'm trying to circumvent Spotify's shi 2*t y geoblocking and I'm looking for a cheap VPS located in US (anywhere). I cannot care of disk space or RAM as its sole purpose will be SOCKS5 proxy for accessing Spotify. It can even be a DANTE user & password or whatever setup you may wish to use.

Alternatively, if anyone is willing to share his/hers bandwidth, I'll chip in some bucks or euros in their PayPal.

consider yourself a Turkish proxy for registration. Don't know if international orders go through Tukish system btw.
