Google Apps - how to see your max users?

I have a GA account and don't remember if it's one of the old "free 50" or the "free 10".

Is there someplace in GA to see what your maximum accounts for that domain is?

  • Someone selling a domain in another thread used Google Apps Manager. It works quite well.

@ihatetonyy huh, what this have to do with question above? :)

@raindog308 directly only with Business edition under Domain settings tab however there's workaround also with Free edition.

Log in to your GApps account.

Select "Manage" to get to the GApps control panel.
In the bottom right, click "Send Feedback".
Put anything in the text box.
    Hit Next, then again.
On the final screen before sending (don't send Google empty feedback), there's a lot of debug info in the bottom left side.

    My examples:

    Build: i235_rc4
    Country: **
    DefaultLocale:
    Edition: standard
    GaPlusEnabled: true
    IsDelegatedAdmin: false
    MaxGoogleAppsAccounts: 50 <---
    NumberOfGoogleAppsUsers: 2
    NumberOfUsers: 2
    RapidRelease: false
    State: ACTIVE
    TimeCreated: 04-2009
    VerificationState: SETUP

  • @ihatetonyy does it work also with free account without directly listed limitations?

I believe so. I couldn't find my user limit without using this tool.
