Is that a custom script or a publicly available one? I know it's easy to rip the HTML/CSS but the backend code can't be ripped unless they have access to the server so any ideas how they got it?
there's a lot of backend code that they didn't get, it's simply they jacked the design :P

The minutes do increment, it wouldn't be hard to implement... If it's not available through the OpenVZ API, can do something like this through a shell (w/ cron) or php script (these boxes do likely have php on them, or a web server at a minimum), simply outputting data from top into an xml file the main web server parses, or have the php script do it, and output the data in an xml, or other easily parsable format.
The chinese just love to do this kind of thing. Again, they forgot to remove the google analytics code.
