Looking for reseller account

Looking for a reseller account/limited reseller account. The reason being is that I require 2 Dedicated IP's for SSL certificates. Location doesn't matter.
Requirements are about as follows:

Uptime is 100% since we got the box in NY.

Installatron is installed but not softaculous, I like Installatron but I think softaculous has more apps..
