Thank for your advise. Actually I have tried DigitalOcean/leaseweb/softlayer and I have visited roman's site! ( 〃▽〃)
However, I am looking for other providers

Isn't that out of stock? On another thread Anthony has stated that it is a closed location already and he will not be handling transfer anymore, too. Mostly because of the shitty network (LeaseWeb) and the useless SLA that he paid but didn't get anything out of, thanks to LeaseWeb's incompetency to honor it.

I merged two of my base plans to form the second plan, I'm only keeping it because its cheap for the amount of space I actually get out of it. But also, the disk is shared so I can't cause too much I/O on it too...

That's right, but still if you are okay with an IPv6-only VPS, you can try http://i-83.net/, the 256 MB plan is in stock for 4.5 GBP per year.

+1, I got one of that (128MB) in which I use for VPN (this has access to my Tinc network) I get 40+Mbps up/down out of it.

In fact, performance rocks on this compared to my LHC node, ssh'ing into the server happens in the blink of an eye (7ms latency), making it really enjoyable to control the server when needed.

Sorry about that but 1gb is pretty small these days and a lower prices makes the ip4 and services unviable.

I can understand, but my main purpose is private proxy so I do not need that much resources :)

Do you need a dedicated IPv4?

Note that 20 ports are open for you to run OpenVPN listening on there, and you get IPv4 / IPv6 connection like any VPS :)

I'm using the i-83 Singapore NAT VPS for all traffic from my Mac, I think it's more anonymous if many users share the same IP, as it will be filled with different browsing footprints that will be hard for anyone to identify :P

Yes, that's why I always prefer cheap NAT-VPS for VPN

You are right. However my country is actively block OpenVPN. l2tp without IPsec doesn't work, either. For these reasons we need some tools that designed to pass through filters. So anomity and security doesn't matters, what we need is speed and stability. Since my ISP sucks I will need some TCP accelerator so it must be KVM( Xen and VMware also ok). That's why I don't accept OVZ
