i have Kimsufi KS3 (corei3,8 Gb Ram , windows 2008 standard )..It was working fine one day ago.After 2 year suddenly my server (RDP) hang and unable to start.When i try to submit ticket to kimsufi i see 2 tickets from kimsufi support.

Now i think my view as per my idea my kimsufi hard drive is crash..........
well if it is true it will be bad........but it is fate ..........
if it what i will do ?
1-will kimsufi repalce hard drive it own?
2- Or i submit ticket.
