i have Kimsufi KS3 (corei3,8 Gb Ram , windows 2008 standard )..It was working fine one day ago.After 2 year suddenly my server (RDP) hang and unable to start.When i try to submit ticket to kimsufi i see 2 tickets from kimsufi support.
