I recently used these guys in their Norway location for a month, which at first used the network of TerraHost, before moving to their own.

Why the speedtest result only include China Mobile? They are connect to HKIX. If you want to prove that you got premium China mainland traffic pls prove it by testing with China Telecom and China Unicom.

Looks like LeaseWeb to me, don't think their bandwidth is premium China. (unless someone with access to the Chinese internet can correct me!)

wavecom.ee bought some years ago that tantum group. Estnoc and wavecom.ee group went into separate path's back in 2013 if i remember it correctly. Those 2 are totally different things.
from leaseweb you can buy it with budget traffic. thats why it is cheap. if you buy premium traffic where routing is more optimized and works well, you pay A LOT extra for that.
