They also now accept paypal without the 19€ fee

I think for all server because I have limited server 16€ and that server for 2€ and support said that they dont charge more 19€ fee

The usual spiel, you agreed to the ToS when you signed up. Part of that ToS was that you HAVE to cancel before the 20th of the month. Just because it's convenient for you to forget about this particular part and you don't feel like you should pay it doesn't change the fact you agreed to it.

I know if you used paypal you can block payments to them auto..
if you used card hmm will be harder i mean you could block it or alike.. maybe calling bank and letting them know about this would also turn out to help
You might end up having a harder time since you properly ended up agreeing to the TOS or something else that its fine that they charge you..
