Status monitor

Designed as a LNMP interval monitor to answer the question, "what's my server doing now?"

If people are interested I'll push it to (something like) production and put it on github. If not, I'm happy...

No, but you can build your own using iframes. RD breakpoint is 640px..., min-width is 320px

No framework, written from scratch. PHP plus a bit of Bash (sometimes PHP doesn't cut it.)...

    • Root cronjob that calls collector.php as CLI script.
    • Data stored in a PHP array, serialized to disk storage.
    • Bash script used to egrep the maillog for SMTP out.
    • Some things rotated daily (messages sent), others monthly (transfer).

Looks pretty good to me. Hope to see it in production.

add some notification when results get to your pre config notification level, allow several servers and you will be golden.

  • Looks very clean and professional. Congratz.

  • Good stuff, would definitely love to see it on github.

  • Neat!!
    Love the way it looks

  • really good work - key server performance metrics in one neat panel
you should def publish on github

  • Doug, right?
I've followed you somewhere else iirc you are Canadian and had a live cam that showed a landscape with snow .
Also you've done plenty of tutorials for a webhost and some scripts . was it ramhost?

  • Hey @sleddog !!!
