Their servers (servdiscount) are nice. Support has been awesome when it comes to technical issues. Downside: I've been trying to cancel one of my servers without any luck. Still getting invoices after 3 months.

Additional IPs are too expensive, and need better HW.
Too weak CPUs and such..
your best and probably only bet for somewhat decent HW is SYS. with up to 16 IPs for free this is nearly impossible to beat if you are stuck on your budget. ;-)
