Limestone networks, leaseweb are two good providers for reselling dedicated and vps.
Other names are qps, quadhost, clouvider etc.

Limestone Networks are really good and one of my favourite providers. But if you're on a budget you should look into OVH like everyone else.(don't recommend it tho.)
Best would be someone with good support(day and night) and a solid network.
Reliablesite also good. They have WHMCS module for Dedicated server reselling.

As others have mentioned, ReliableSite has integration with WHMCS that brings statistics and power functions right into the client portal. QuickPacket has also been great.
