Mount Amazon Cloud Drive at your own risk, and hope that they don't suspend you for throwing 50TB of data on it.
Make sure that it's mounted before you dump stuff on it, had a few times where it unmounted for no exact reason and I logged into my server questioning why / is at 100%...

If you'll be needing this long-term, why not check out Delimiter's slot hosting? You send them whatever HDD/SSD you want hosted and it only costs you $10/month/disk. If you will have multiple disks to constitute your total storage, you can merge multiple slots together. I haven't tried it, but it seems pretty popular.

I am a fan of hetzner, but may I ask why are you recommending 100GB @ 2.90 while he is searching 90 TB+ ? he would need 900 of those bx10 which will result in spending 2610,- p.m. despite the mounting hassle...
if going with hetzner he probably should do this with their biggest box which is 10 TB @ 39.90 but even this will be more than the already mentioned sx291 ...
If you have the budget then Delimiter's cloud storage would work, it scales to 50TB per disk so you can aggregate 4 per system - 2TB.
There is posting on here somewhere where I aggregated up 4x50TB disks and did some performance testing. Its blisteringly fast and NVMe accelerated.
But its not cheapest - but very expandable. 20TB $385.20/month
You need to scale up CPUs/RAM as you need and you can add storage on demand.

I got no other idea what do recommend him for a cheap option.
But the expensive option is their if he needs it bad.
With the amount of disk space the OP is asking for it might be better just asking Delimiter to rent you a Dedi and then you send them the drives if they have one with enough slots and were prepared to do it. (I'm thinking if they're prepared to put customer owned drives in a VPS they'd probably be willing to accommodate the request on a dedi as well)
If you plan to keep it long, buying own hardware is more cost-effective. Get some drives, ship to delimiter / dacentec and fit into some servers, would be cheaper on monthly cost.
