[HELP] Hostus DDoS seems to have blocked me, what do I do?

Hi, first off all, I sorry for any errors, I'm not a native english speaker, also I must say that i'm kind of new to the VPS hosting, I've had a Digital Ocean dropplet for 8 months (the cheapest $5 monthly one), but a cannot afford their price anymore.
Got a $7 lifetime from cloudatcost on the 90% off promo a couple of months back (I was dumb, and did just to test their service).
But for a couple of weeks I got a hostus 768 OVZ Server, and for the first week or so, It was pretty kickass. But for the last three or four days, the SFTP and SCP transfers to the server have been really slow, I've mean, to upload the 21.5 mb of a wordpress instalation, I took 2 hours and 15 minutes. I contacted Hostus Ticket ID (HUS-TW5307), and they asked me for a mtr report, i've send them this one:

Again, I'm a noob, but some os those have a 96% data loss. They seen to believe that I was blocked by the anti-DDoS, and altough slow to answer (their time of response is between 7 to 9 hours) were really atentive and respectful, but I'm don't know how to proceed. Shoud I ask for a refund?
My ISP is to blame? I'm on A dynamic IP ADSL, so my IP is never the same for a long time so they (hostus) can whitelist me if is a DDOS/Firewall problem. And my ISP have a pretty tight monopoly on my country (seriously, a lot of people say they are pretty much comcast level bastards) and I don't have any other option if they are to blame...
Did I lost the server that a bought for a year?
Even my cloudatcost server wasn't this slow.

  • Firstly ADSL isn't the same as dynamic ip.

There is two choices if the ddos protection is at fault.

HostUS change ddos policies for your VPS or you tunnel your connection from a vps with a static ip so hostus can whitelist.

Yeah, sorry, it was a heat of the moment error, I do have ADSL (different speeds for up and download) who also happens to be a Dynamic IP. Thanks for the correction!
Any tips to tunnel my IP for free, or at least on the cheap side. Cannot pay $200 bucks yearly to connect on a $12 VPS
Don't think that HU will change ddos policies for one VPS, with happens to have problems on one specific ISP for a country that isn't really a big client. But IDK, theres hope...

Tagging @AlexanderM would be good an also providing ticket ID/s for him to review.

We indeed can resolve network issues for Ken customer / IP / vps. Let me have a look for you

  • Does HE tunnelbroker's ipv6 change? If not use that.

  • Just a update/review:
Hostus was awesome, pretty nice support.
Don't know if the issue with the LA location was fixed, but was between my ISP (I have a ton of clients who use this ISP, everyone of then was having package loss to connect to that specific location) and Hostus LA Location.
They offer a location change, and I choose Washington, and no problem anymore.

Just a tip for brazilian hostus users, who use VIVO/GVT providers, test the mtr between all locations, look for one with the less package lost before you choose your location.

Good choice, I have several VPSes at that location and it rocks.
