Must be a 100tb.com server UK2 uses softlayer for a few locations including Tokyo.
The login from AS57858 i take the ip location is Sweden if so @phung is most likely using private internet access vpn as i know pia use's soft layer in Tokyo and AS57858 for there Sweden location.
