I've had a terrible experience with StarryDNS. Was looking for a VPS in Japan, and their offers seemed decent, so I ordered a VPS and paid the corresponding invoice, but my server was never activated. Worst part is that I haven't received a reply through ticket system or email. I tried calling their number, but no answer either. This is a definite scam. Do not fall for this...
