Thats quite cheap. I'm assuming its that much because you needed a large site done, I got a quote for like $85 for a simple design, however it would take a few weeks because he was busy.
I have quotes ranging from 300$ to 2000$ for the exactly same project (itsjam is being the second most expensive after harzem ) so i do not recall him as the cheapest.
He doesn't even state what he wants, how can you already know it's cheap?
I said the price $300 is cheap for a design.
He might as well want a stick figure designed for him, in that case even a $5,- design would be expensive.

ItsjTam is a weak designer, with poor font choices, the font choices should be at the heart of the design, yet sadly he fails to choose decent fonts 9 out of 10 times. Another thing about his designs is they never look 100% finished in my eyes, but thats just me personally.
I would recommend http://www.AKDesigner.com we have used them for our new site and we where in the mid to high $xxx. Pop on live chat for his best quotes.
Designs minimalistic and clean looking designs, really popular right now.
Uses stock images of people with a design style that's just really played out, really flashy, busy, cartoony.

While we are discussing this, does anyone know any cheap PSD to CMS coders? Any CMS will do. It's not for me, it's for a friend that had his website 'designed' (in Photoshop) and thought he was good to go after that... He only has a PSD lol. Should've asked me for advice.
They are far from minimalism and clean looking designs, plus his business practices are very questionable. He has had several of his reviews taken off WHT especially when he was getting staff from his other businesses to write reviews for his other businesses.
