Cogent is in the building if you are looking cheap.
They have a minimum commit of like 1G for any type of good pricing. Looking for a small commit.
pyschz does 100MBit - 200MBit commits in that same facility
We offer free cross-connects to cogent. To some this might be of value in cost savings.
