VPS for Backup hosting

I am after something really cheap to store backups of customer sites. I already have a set of backups in 2 locations (1 in Milano -provided by Prometeus- and one at my home -on my Pi-) just looking to add more backup locations.
My requirements:

CPU & RAM: Don't really care, as long as I can run an ftp server (to upload backups) and a small http/php stack to check free space etc (so even 64mb RAM will probably do).

HDD: 50GB at least.

Monthly Bandwidth: 50GB at least (match the provided HDD)

Port Speed: 10mbit will do.

IP: NAT IPv4 will do (could also use IPv6, if NATed IPv4 is not available)

Preferable locations: Canada, Iceland, Austria, Switzerland, Ukraine or France.

Basically my only requirement is to match the 50GB of space and the location. I don't really even care for great uptime. I will use it for backup of backups of websites.

As for price: I would prefer to pay yearly, and can afford up to $10 at this point for the whole term.

I'm probably asking for too much, but can't hurt to ask.

RamNode have SSD-cached OpenVZ, 80gb storage, 500gb bw, 1 gbps(?) for $15/yr. You should really go up $5 because RamNode is soon removing them and it's probably one of the best offers. Also lots of location available, serious company and good support.

Maybe coupon SSD10 works, then the price is around $13/yr

Well reputed provider. Using a vps from them for the last 3-4 months, no downtime. Will be getting a couple more next week.
