VPS for VPN

Hello,

Im searching a VPS just for a private VPN for myself. I dont need much traffic or CPU.
The location should be in US and should have a stable and fast connection to it.

Actually I hae a VPS by vpscheap. The overall VPS performance is good, but the connection to me is sometimes pretty slow.

There is no specific budget limit. I'm willing to pay anually.
KVM would be good, 128MB RAM might be enough.
