Which version exactly? 2012 or 2012 r2? I can upload for you.
May or may not help you, but if you're a college student, you can sign up for Dreamspark with your .edu email address- you will be able to download the ISO there for free.

That one will only let me download the version to my computer I need it for my server.
so you don't know how to download it to your computer and "mirror" it so you could wget it?
as that is what I did since I am a student I have dreamspark and just downloaded it to a vm on my cluster and then mirrored it from the vm to virtualizor to add it.
sign up to vultr, spin up a windows instance, download the ISO from the link above. install a lightweight webserver like mongoose (or use IIS) and host it, then download it from your host's control panel. destroy vultr instance after

I don't think regular windows ISO will work on VPS (KVM). You have to mount virtio drivers inside ISO.

You can follow Vultr's article at https://www.vultr.com/docs/windows-custom-iso-with-virtio-drivers to add the VirtIO drivers to your ISO as well.

The VirtIO drivers are free, there's no restriction on packaging them within.
