It's best that you do not pick a provider that is a 'one stop shop' for all your Russian hosting location requirements. More likely a reseller and charge you more. However, cloud services like RT Cloud (rtcloud.ru) offer Moscow, Novosobirsk, Rostelecom O7 (KVM or Hyper-V)....

Exactly. Showing picture of a girl for no other reason than just because she's a girl and that's what most of the clients (implied to be male) are supposed to be attracted to, is just stupid limited and sexist thinking. She's not even shown in any IT-related situation, not even wearing the usual tech support headset, not to mention perhaps installing or fixing up a server.
