i have order vps since 25 march untill now my vps no deploy when me send ticket never get respond
and i have old vps in there
but look funny them secure payment, them charge money again for my old vps, that vps me already paid 2 day go befor due date invoice, so really crazy that hosting

Please keep in mind that the christian part of the world is celebrating Easter since March 25 until tomorrow. Most businesses are closed and it's well possible that they do not auto-provision their VMs. Their support could also be on low flame during that time frame.

My personal favorite VPS provider doesn't do auto-provisioning either. It's not bad per se.

Jeez, do you really think that a flesh-and-blood staff member saw that you had pending orders, laughed it off, then manually sent you a promotional email? Promotional emails are probably automated, one has nothing to do with the other.
Be glad your host provisions orders manually; most of the best ones do. I have no experience with your host, but if I had to venture a guess the delay is probably due to the holidays, and now the backlog from several days worth of tickets and orders. In any case, hope you get your boxes soon.
