Sorry to be an ass, but, CDN Network is redundant, like "ATM Machine" or "PIN number." Just CDN. :)

On a more helpful note, maybe Vultr? Everyone seems to recommend Linode, but I've never tried their Japan location so I can't recommend personally. Both companies are pretty solid though.

This is a bit out of your max budget.

I used them before and the service is great. 1TB Traffic included, succeeding traffic will be $82/TB

Internetbrothers.co.kr is in Seoul and has reliable VPS, definitely over your budget tho.

Some people dislike it, but it worked fine for me: https://www.conoha.jp/en/
I think it's only 100Mbit, but the network always worked ok.

Then there's Vultr and Linode, but Linode has been out of capacity for a while.

No, conoha jp datacenter not a good choice. Have too many chinese abuse it, they install windows in they VPS and take up a lot of network resources (if you know what is traffic ore, you will you can understand) You know, 100Mbps is shared.

Well, yeah :) That's why I said some people don't like it. Maybe I was lucky, I was always able to push almost 100mbit to Singapore and Tokyo.

Maybe take a look at StarryDNS, they have KR and JP locations, 2 ovz and 1 kvm plan within budget.

The $7 price was for the first 5 customers. I'm sorry I have not made this fact public.
However, we do intend to make a $7 plan but with a lower configuration (because of high traffic costs in Korea).

    Please watch this space.

    Thanks.

    Well you can try these guys {link removed by @jarland}

    http://fun25.co.kr/vpsserver/

3CPU/4GB/50GB/300GB for 11,000 won per month or 66,000 won per year with 2-day trial. they used to give more traffics before. didn't tried this though.

5500 won per month each 100GB for additionals. if you add 200GB to make it 500GB each month then It's 198,000 won per year.

I'm not aware if they accept foreign order so you should contact them.

  • +1 for conoha.jp, I have been using it for two months now and its great :D

I cannot recommend ConoHa or any GMO services if you are going to use it for storage purposes. ConoHa terminates your VPS with your data when there's DDoS attack on you even if it's very small. If you request them a data backup they will restore your VPS back for only few hours. http://www2.gyafuuuun.com/2015/04/ddos攻撃を喰らったらconohaを解約する羽目になった話/

    Do you really think that?

    I'd have a little experience with ablenet.jp
Can't say anything bad about it, which is already good
