Hello,

Do any of you have servers in sologigabit Spain? Their main website and our servers through one of their customer are down since last 4+ hours. There is no update apart from a network issue affecting the entire datacenter.

Please post if anyone has any additional information.

    we also have some dedicated servers with them but also no infos, updates,...
    Twitter account of Sologigabit has no infos either.
    Its already 8h+ - very bad they dont inform customers where there are public channels to do.

    We received an update from our provider that there is a fiber cut and no ETA on resolution.

    Thank you very much for the update on this!!! so we can inform our customers.
    Sologigabit should provide this status on twitter,.... but nothing since 9h+ , bad communication from a server provider.
    Anyway, hopefully they get this solved asap.

    Yes, back online here too. We also look for another provider and we agree with you that this level of downtime and no communication is unacceptable.
