I'm looking for a cheap dedicated SSD, since the 1tb SSD for 99$ is not up anymore, anyone know another one like that ? need about 100gb of storage

What's your budget, I'm sure many companies can do 100GB of SSD storage relatively easy, us being one of them.

Need to be dedicated and not shared CPU because of my database going to have some high usage sometimes and some companys like Impact VPS turns my server off when the CPU usage raises

Well, if paying 13 EUR you could as well stretch that up to 16 and get the XC 2016 (when it's back in stock), getting 2x as much cores, 2x RAM, 4x bandwidth and 250 GB SSD. Setup fee, sure, but over the long term it's a better deal.
For sure, I'm getting one next month to replace my XC 2015 SSD. But not everyone needs stuff long term or likes setup fees. Seems like OP ended up with something quite different anyway.
