It's where all "Debian", "Thx", "Gentoo", "$OS_OF_CHOICE" memes come from.
Register a domain and set up WordPress, make a nice, minimalist theme or pick one from the free repository (or just use a default one), and get blogging. You could cover all different types of VPS, cloud servers, and dedicated servers to appeal to the widest audience.
Why not have affiliate links, though? Easy way to get compensated for your time and the costs of hosting and running the blog.
Not much else to it methinks. Not sure what other questions you have, because there really are no other questions...
