Warez linking tolerant lowend host

Hi all!
I'm looking for a host (server hosted outside the US), which is tolerant about the content i'm sharing. I would love to move my warez-linking blog to a lowend host.
What i want is not a host that will delete DMCA-s, etc, just tolerant and do not suspend my site as soon as i get one - only sends a mail about it (or ticket) and gives time to remove the content (24 hours, for example), or gives me time to backup and move out.
I don't think my site gets many (if any) dmca.

So are there any tolerant lowend host like that? Thanks for the answers!

(So basically: i don't want the host to ignore the dmca: only to give time for me to do something about it, and even if suspends, do not delete my data)

  • Your best bet would be an overseas host, possibly east-europe or asia. Very few providers want to deal with DMCA headaches.

  • chvps (CH), or any vps on a node in ecatel DC (NL) there are several, just google it, there was an offer not long ago on LEB, swedendedicated (SE)...

  • Got to admit that I would just head over to kickass or one of the other torrent sites with forums and ask there.

  • ecatel, they probably would ignore them completely considering they host cybercrime/legally questionable porn/tons of malware and malware C&C

    Postgres

    Are you sure?

  • Ok let's see.

Despite these swiss, EU, etc providers are out of DMCA, most of them specify in their legal documents that p2p, warez, or any illegal copyrighted content isn't allowed in their servers. So, the ONLY ONE provider that I can remember explicitely allowing anything, was Hostrail

  • just remember folks, rapidspeeds now going to nowhere.

Yes! I'm with Carstensz Pyramid Server Now stop asking me please :D

It got me curious if you need to choose a registrar as well? Or with normal registrars (eNom, Godaddy, Namecheap etc) it works?

I know that at least one famous registrar isn't based in US, which is 1and1.com (German registrar).

    ☻☻ VPS ☺ as of now:- 384-256-128-512x2 ☺☺

  • Yep. The complains will be sent to the address on the whois, usually the DC adress (those offering VPS with ecatel lease their servers and don't have their own customised IP blocks) - if the DC doesn't care, then who cares? If the DC ignores suchs complains, why would the admin of the node decide to kick you out?

Ok, keep on coming with ideas!
Thanks for the Ecatel idea, i guess i will search for resellers and ask them directly about what is allowed on the nodes.
I'm still looking for an exact lowend/cheap reseller who can host me! Personally really liked balticservers offer, but you have to prepay 3 years for them to get a lowendbox. I personally don't like to pay that much, after all who knows, maybe next year the world will come to an end :)

Pretty sure if a host is using Ecatel, they don't care what you do on their nodes.

I don't think domains are a big deal in this case. You can go with any provider. However if you need cheap, reliable, offshore and privacy provider go for internetbs.net :)

They likely won't give a shit considering how much CP/illegal/full warez (not just linking)/malware/keyloggers/outbound udp floods/most of their ip ranges are blackholed at border at a lot of places/organised cybercrime/botnet control centers/botnet malware distribution is there

Looked at prq.se? totally lowend packages and known for refugee hosting! I already mentioned them in your seedbox thread.

Also teneco.se seem to not care. Both these hosts are in Sweden, NL locations are known for lax copyright claims too, you can also try HK based hosts as they have a reputation for not caring.

    google that will ya?

  • I know we only operate within USA, I am not exactly sure on USA's allowance on warez linking.

AboveClouds • UK Company • UK Datacentre • UK Customer Support

High Performance Pure SSD Cloud Hosting with a personal touch

highly frowned upon + court dates

Due to Copyright Treaties, EU hosts still have to respect copyright infringement notices sent from the US, and if breaking copyright, have to deal with it.

You're best luck is to get a hosts thats in any of these countries here that haven't signed any.

    Otherwise your breaking copyright law.

Eg, if you copyright something in the US, you can't break that copyright in the UK

    This.

Personal opinion -- I prefer not to have copyright infringement related topic to be discussed here.
