NAT IPv4 with IPv6 VPS in HK or SG

Any good providers? I was going to buy a few from i-83 but their SG location gets routed bad. From a location right beside SG I get better pings from US West than I do from their test IP.

LowEndSpirit/Inception Hosting was another provider I was considering, but their SG location is out of stock.

Find "HK" or "Hong Kong" anywhere on that page, whether in text or images.

Moreover, the only link to "DeepNET solutions" it currently has, leads to an empty page.

Yes, the website update is on the long to do list however. Many locations are missing and links broken.
