Hey guys,

I have a box only for storing & streaming mp4 files.

I installed webmin & virtualmin, deactivated stuff like mysql, etc. modules which I dont need.

How can I configurate it, so that I can save memory and keep cpu usage low?

Okay, but what about apache settings. The standard is good enough, with savin resources?

Uninstall webmin/apache, install nginx, for starters.

Configure mp4 module for basic pseudostreaming: http://nginx.org/en/docs/http/ngx_http_mp4_module.html

Compile Nginx with this module if you want to serve up your MP4 files as DASH/HLS/HDS/etc:

nginx has a smaller footprint over high concurrency .. iirc you wanted to keep memory down

I have installed now nginx, cloudflare is pointing correctly (well it was working with webmin)

but now I get the cloudflare error (host down). I set it up like here :

nginx runs, I restarted, rebootet. But still not working with my domain.
