    Where?
    Specs?
How often do you want to pay $10, monthly?
I assume Windows is a requirement.

I'm thinking what you're really asking for is a Windows VPS to RDP to.

You might want to provide some more specs to get better answers:

    • location? RDP is more latency-sensitive than some other uses
    • disk space?
    • if you have an idea of how much RAM and CPU you need, that is helpful

In general, lots of KVM providers will support Windows Server, but not all. Without more info, it's hard to point you at a specific one, though you'll have no problem finding a host in that budget. For example, BuyVM provides free Windows licenses on their KVM platforms: http://buyvm.net/kvm-vps/

There are many other hosts- just one I'm familiar with. If you have your own license (or can live with the 90-day trial) then any KVM host is possible, but check they provide the ISO.

Oh sorry...didn't know you were insane. My mistake.

When you find that 32GB Windows dedi for $10/mo please let us know because we'd all love to buy one.

Yeah let me know too, i will buy at least 10 of them for that spec and price ;)

I will buy 999999999 of them if he can tell me where he got it.

And I need a dedi for that price. Not AN OVERSOLD OpenVZ VPS.

  • Check it here: www.wjunction.com/94-other

The provider I have used in the past had almost scilent neighbours in the RDP.

Microsoft's RDP implementation is a hell of a lot more usable with high latency than other protocols like VNC. xrdp on Linux is a lot worse, though - whether it's the protocol version or the fact that it has access to less information than the native Windows implementation does, I don't know, but it feels pretty much exactly the same as VNC.

I've used RDP over ~360ms latency and it's entirely usable.

I agree, rdp to a windows box feels a million times better than xrdp/vnc/x2go to a linux box
