Host your own VPN if it's for accessing websites you care about, sharing the same IP with 100 other potentially bad users isn't nice!
Privateinternetaccess is very nice though.
Or very nice.
If it isn't for anything financial-related, sharing a IP address actually makes you more anonymous.
Been there and been blocked in many places. It can indeed be troublesome.
Exactly. There are also advantages. For added anonymity use a throwaway e-mail address and pay with Bitcoin. Make sure the company is registered in a difficult to reach jurisdiction.
My choice: https://proxy.sh/
i have been using IPvanish, its good.

Have you considered just buying a cheap yearly vm and installing openvpn on it? There many openvpn apps for basically all systems.
try getting just a 2012R2 standard vps as you can use rras(routing and remote access services) using microsoft's sstp vpn protocol implementation. I use it and it has been great.
This is way too complicated solution and 4 VMs will not be cheapish.
Nope, a service is better.
so what is going on? why do you need 4 vm's for a vpn?
as I just have one vm running doing my sstp vpn with a valid ssl cert.
and it encrypts your traffic through a tunnel like a vpn should.
it shouldn't require 4 vm's at all microsoft's sstp vpn implementation only requires one running rras to do it with.
Because I asked for 4 specific locations.
