I am looking for an VPS with integrated graphics card like Intel HD4000. I would like to use Windows 2008 Trial Key 180 days. 20-35$. i3 processor, or amd e-350 is enough.

Kimsufi has some i3/i5 series. If you plan to use for an extended period, they are cost effective.

So I just got the 39$ server, how long will it stay in status pending?

There is no contract, he likely means because of the setup fee Kimsufi charges. Usually all dedicated server providers charge a setup fee as physical work is required. The fee is one time.

You keep it for as long as you pay for it.

If you take it monthly, then its month-to-month. Just cancel it by the end of the month when you don't want it any longer.
