    There is very low number of VPS customer in India. All other who use VPS in India are company owners who is not using VPS. They use dedicated server. ;)

    Ah but there's a lot of business to be had in India for various markets, and what better way to reach those customers than to have your content hosted right next to them for low latency, fast service :)

    Excited as hell. I have settled down in Bangalore. Wondering if the ping would be lower than 50ms(SG)

    You have seriously misjudged the customers numbers here ▲ the amount of people who would like to get a VPS is india is overwhelming not just Indian's but from around the world who just like to have a VPS from a firm like DO.

    Every major startup from around the world and from INDIA will fill the DO's capacity soon than they can fill the nodes

    Other than that I'm just hyped about the fact DO will have DC in INDIA :)

    As a whole, I think we're going to see a huge shift in India's role to the global economy over the next decade. I think it's exciting to jump into the market in the early days of that transition. It won't be much longer before people in the US stop seeing India as cheap labor to exploit, but will instead begin to see them as consumers in a booming economy.

    Hey, how is the connectivity of DO India in the country? Thinking of migrating (my server) from Singapore to Bangalore, since 90% of my partners' websites' target audience is from India and the area surrounding there.

    Ironically, Leaseweb singapore is 39-40ms from DO's BLR1: ~ 14 ms less than SGP1
