Conoha and z.com belong to GMO which may gives bad experience. They locked my account without any reason, even there's no VPS in my account.

We've been testing out https://www.conoha.jp/en in the past and they've worked great without any issues in months. On top of that they're quite cheap for Japan. The same company also offers https://cloud.z.com/jp/en/cloud/ but they look pretty much the same~ We didn't run anything CPU heavy, but they had a great network and generious SSD space for the price (considering it's in Japan).
