Cheap and reliable VPS in EU and/or Asia

I'd like to buy about 10 cheap and reliable VPS in EU and/or Asia.

Required specs are:
1x vCPU
At least 512MB, but 768-1024MB preferred.
20Gb SSD
1x IPv4
1TB Traffic

Very mild resources usage. Budget per VPS is $16/year.

HostUS is good, but their storage isn't SSD.

Take a look at ArubaCloud, by the way they have a free trial.

I had some VPS with HostUS in US, it was good, but during some time their support response time wasn't.

I'll try ArubaCloud, but it seems they don't accept Bitcoin.

There are some companies in the EU that fulfill your requirements. It might be abit hard about the bitcoins requirement, though.
