no, not for personal usage.

From their FAQ : BizSpark members receive access to Not-For-Resale software versions equivalent to those included in the Visual Studio Enterprise with MSDN subscription. BizSpark software is for design, development, test, and demo only. For the most up to date listing of these products click products by benefit level download.microsoft.com/download/1/5/4/15454442-CF17-47B9-A65D-DF84EF88511B/Products_by_Benefit_Level.xlsx and then click Visual Studio Enterprise with MSDN tab for a representative list of products.
Thanks @tommy!
Will investigate further, thanks!
Hopefully I'll be able to get a license, somehow.
It is basically the same as what @tommy said, not for personal use. So i mean while you might be able to get the license, its kinda sketchy.
@MrGeneral i get key from here ▼ use the buyer protection
http://www.kinguin.net
http://www.kinguin.net/catalog/genre/view/genre_id/22/ ▼
does not meen its legit ^
If you use the buyer protection and the key isn't legit, Kinguin will reimburse you. Same for G2A (https://www.g2a.com), from where I get the majority of my software keys.
True
but the buyer protection can save you
there is also another website legit one https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps-and-games
From what I can see my bizspark account has a enterprise as well as an educational license for windows 10.
I know what G2A is. but even if the key works (which in most cases it does) it still does not make it a legal license. but a resold Uni type key
Dreamspark does, not sure of Bizspark.
a kinguin or g2a license always seems sketchy to me. I'd just go for an official one than risk the license taken away and losing what you paid for it. Sometimes going extra cheap gets you spending more in the long run
A frie d bought a win 2012 key from a "oem" reseller... $60 usd including installation... hahahah
Sent you a PM with the key and information
Cheers
A key != A license.
I'm pretty sure they will not reimburse you if you are sued and charged for thousands of dollars.
If just need a key, pick a $2 key on taobao and you don't even need to care about the reimbursement.
Regardless whether the key works, those cheap and so called "OEM" Windows keys are just illegitimate. It's as good as using pirated copy, and I don't understand why people spend money on that.
Interesting, thanks!
They didn't approve my account yet, heh...
Thank you life saver!
Cracks me up how many penguinistas here rail against Microsoft as the evil empire but are quick to jump in as license lawyers.
Who gives a flying intercourse meme if using a BizSpark license on your laptop violates Microsoft's terms...
His friend laptop/computer
Aliexpress, or so I've heard.
$8 for Win 10, god knows what OEM it's from, they activate.
To avoid using a closed-source crack.
