Is the VNC in SolusVM connecting via SSL?

Providers normally give separate connection details using a VNC client.

Are the direct connections encrypted?

When connected through SolusVM is the VNC proxied through SSL of the providers page is SSL?

  • @Simplenode Probably, but is that what actually occurs? Probably not.

Assuming the provider is individually creating a point to point tunnel with their cert, yes.

Is this done on SolusVM? Nope.

To make things clear, no, the Solus VNC instance is not encrypted.
