Actually on the comcast network or has comcast peering?

Sometimes its in the blend. I liked Crissic (gobbled up by Quadranet) because I got Comcast peering with them at their Jacksonville location. If you can find a VPS at GoRack's location through a provider, you could maybe get lucky.
It has to be on comcast network, that's the biggest issue, I can't seem to find anything relevant.
I haven't seen a 100% Comcast network provider, just Comcast business in the blend
